Labrador tea flowers come from the Greenland Ledum, an emblematic shrub of Quebec's boreal forest. Extremely cold-resistant, it grows naturally in Canada's northern regions and produces delicate white flowers with a sweet, floral scent.

Contrary to what its name might suggest, Labrador tea contains neither caffeine nor theine. Traditionally enjoyed as an infusion, it is renowned for its soothing properties and delicate aroma, making it a comforting drink at any time of day.

🤝 Synergy ideas

Combine Labrador tea flowers with sweetfern, highbush cranberry, mint, or balsam fir to create infusions with authentically boreal aromas.
