This vibrant and flavorful blend is a true celebration of leafy greens at all stages of the growing season. Our salad mix includes a colorful selection of lettuces, arugula, spinach, mustards, Swiss chard, kale, and edible flowers — carefully chosen to offer a balance of textures, colors, and flavors. Designed for successive plantings and "cut-and-come-again" harvesting, it allows for continuous production of fresh greens from early spring to late fall.

Where to Grow Salad Mix?
It grows well in zones 3 to 9, in fertile, well-drained soil with regular moisture. Ideal for garden beds, raised beds, or containers, in full sun or partial shade. It is an excellent choice for small spaces and urban gardens.

History and Traditional Uses
Leafy greens have been cultivated for centuries as a staple of seasonal diets. This mix is inspired by ancient and modern varieties traditionally used in spring and fall, recognized for their nutritional value, rapid growth, and adaptability. Edible flowers add a decorative and historical touch to modern dishes.

Watering: Keep soil evenly moist to encourage tender, flavorful growth.

Care: Thin as needed and re-sow every few weeks to ensure continuous production.

Seed Harvesting: Wait until seed heads or pods are completely dry before harvesting.
Drying and Storage: Dry seeds thoroughly before storing them in labeled, airtight containers.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dark place; seeds can remain viable for 3 to 4 years.
