🧪 How to use
Grade B pods are ideal for preparing homemade vanilla extract by macerating them in alcohol with 35 to 45% alcohol (70 to 90 proof). They can also be used to flavor creams, cakes, biscuits, glazes, pastries, milkshakes, smoothies, jams, and other gourmet recipes.
💡 Storage Tips
Store the pods in their vacuum packaging or submerged in alcohol to preserve their suppleness and aromas. Avoid the refrigerator and freezer, which can alter their quality. After use, the pods can be dried and then placed in a jar of sugar to obtain delicious homemade vanilla sugar.
