Ingredients: duck foie gras, water, seasoning (salt, pepper, spices, sugar).

Serving suggestion: Enjoy with gingerbread or toasted bread, enhanced with a pinch of fleur de sel and accompanied by onion confit, fruit jelly, fresh figs, or pears. Refrigerate three hours before serving and bring to room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before opening to facilitate unmolding.
