Wild Canadian Chaga
Discover Wild Canadian Chaga (Inonotus obliquus), an exceptional mushroom that grows naturally on birch trees in Canada's vast boreal forests. Hand-harvested according to sustainable foraging practices, Chaga has been recognized for generations in Nordic and Indigenous traditions for its natural richness in plant compounds and its use in comforting infusions.
Presented in generous whole pieces, our Chaga retains all its authenticity and woody aromas. Each piece can be infused multiple times, offering a drink with deep, slightly earthy, and subtly vanilla notes.
An exceptional mushroom from the boreal forest
Chaga is often called the "King of Mushrooms" due to its naturally rich composition of antioxidants, particularly polyphenols and melanin. Harvested exclusively from living birch trees, it is carefully dried to preserve its quality and natural characteristics.

How to use Chaga?
Chaga pieces are particularly versatile.
Traditional infusion
Simmer a piece in about 1 liter of water over low heat for 45 minutes to 2 hours. The longer the infusion, the more developed the flavors.
Cold infusion
Steep a piece in fresh water for 12 to 24 hours to obtain a soft and refreshing drink.
Powdered
Once ground, Chaga can be incorporated into smoothies, coffees, hot chocolates, broths, or other culinary preparations.
Each piece can generally be reused 5 to 7 times, until the infusion naturally loses its dark color.

Storage advice
Store Chaga in an airtight container, away from light, humidity, and heat. Once properly stored, it retains its qualities for a long time.
Nature-friendly harvesting
Our Chaga is harvested responsibly to preserve forest ecosystems. Only a portion of the Chaga is taken from each living birch, allowing the mushroom to continue its natural development and ensuring the renewal of the resource.
Chaga is offered as a traditional food from wild harvesting. It should not replace a varied and balanced diet. In case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, or medication, it is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before consumption.
