Allow to flower and go to seed: Keep some flowers until they are fully mature and dry on the plant.

Harvest: Pick the seed pods when they turn brown and dry, before they naturally open.

Drying and cleaning: Remove seeds and dry them completely on a clean cloth.

Storage: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place; viable for up to 3 years.
