• Short, airy diffusion : 2–3 drops, in short sessions, with doors/windows half-open.
• Targeted cutaneous application (always diluted) : ≤1 drop in 10 drops of vegetable oil (≈10%) on a very localized area, 1–2×/day, short course.
• Exterior / repellent : homemade spray (hydrosol or alcohol + 1–2% EO) on textiles; avoid skin exposed to the sun and always test.
