• Skin massage (localized) : dilute up to 5% max in a vegetable oil (e.g.: 1 drop of EO for 19 drops of HV) for chest/back friction or targeted areas.
• Breathing : gentle inhalation or short, airy diffusion (mixed with gentler essential oils).
• Digestion : massage the stomach (always diluted) in circular movements.
• Defense support : very localized and diluted one-off application.
