🧪 Instructions for Use

Infuse 1 to 2 teaspoons of leaves in 250 ml of simmering water for 8 to 10 minutes. Strain before drinking. The leaves can also be added to soups, broths, sauces, smoothies, or used in the preparation of homemade cosmetics, macerates, and tinctures.
