Hair

• Oil bath: mix castor oil + a more fluid oil (e.g. jojoba/argan) in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio. Apply to scalp (massage for 3–5 min) and lengths, leave on for 30–90 min, then shampoo gently (2 washes if needed).
