🧪 Instructions for use

• Diffusion : 3 to 5 drops, 15 to 30 min, especially at the end of the day.

• Massage : 2 to 3% in a vegetable oil for targeted areas.

• Face : 1% max in a base suitable for oily skin.

• Bath : 5 to 10 drops previously mixed with a dispersant.
