๐Ÿงช Instructions for use (cosmetics & diffusion)

Toning massage: 3โ€“5 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil (1.5โ€“2.5%) on the affected areas.
Stimulating diffusion: 3โ€“6 drops in a diffuser, sessions of 10โ€“20 min.
Hair care: 1โ€“3 drops in shampoo or 10 ml of hair oil; massage scalp for 15โ€“20 min then rinse.
Gentle inhalation: 1โ€“2 drops in a bowl of hot water, short and spaced breaths.
๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Combine it with Lemon or Black Spruce for an energizing โ€œwinterโ€ diffusion.
