🧪 Instructions for use (cosmetics & diffusion)

Local massage : 0.5% to 1.5% (5–15 drops / 100 ml of vegetable oil).
“Leg comfort” synergy : Noble laurel + Cypress + Lemon at 1–2% in total.
Diffusion : 3–6 drops in a suitable diffuser, in sessions of 10–20 min.
Gentle inhalation : 1–2 drops in a bowl of warm water, short breaths.
