  • 🌫️ Short diffusion : 2–3 drops, 10–15 min, alone or in synergy (sweet orange, cinnamon leaf, cardamom).

  • 🤲 Warming massage oil : max ~0.5% (≈ 5 drops / 50 mL of vegetable oil) due to eugenol.
